What is it ?
This is a KERATIN based treatment which coats the surface of the hair making it feel smooth. By filling in the 'pits' and 'potholes' in the hair all coarseness disappears. It works best on highlighted, coloured , relaxed dry and natural hair . In fact the worse condition your hair the better.
This is not a chemical straightner which tends to be much harsher on the hair . Chemical straightening will work better on strong, good condition hair. BRAZILIAN KERATIN smoothes the surface whereas a chemical straightner will reform the bonds in the hair.

We are very excited for ERIN who has left to have her baby, due in September. We wish her all the luck and can't wait to meet the new arrival. ERIN will be returning on Sat Dec 4th for Saturdays during Xmas .
As from September BECKY will be working Thurs, Friday and Saturdays.
We have a fabulous new receptionist , Alicia starting on 8th September. Thank you for your patience whilst we have been trying to man the reception area.
KELLY will be attending her Master Colour Expert for Wella in October which is a highly prestigious qualification.
STEPHANIE will be graduating from the equally acclaimed Redken colour specialist award.
We have a new apprentice JED starting in August and would like to welcome him to the team.
We will be attending a wedding fayre at the CROWN HOTEL on September 12th. Our team will be available for free consultations regarding your hair for you special day. For those of you planning your future wedding we look forward to seeing you there.

Late night change in Poole |

We have decided to change our late night from a Friday to a Thursday. We have received a lot of feedback from yourselves and it appears this is a more convenient time for late appointments.
It will start at the beginning of November , our last appointment will be 6.15 pm for a cut and blow dry.
This will however mean we will have to change our model nights to a Tuesday. Plenty of notice will be given to those of you booked .

GOODBYE TO RORY.
Our award winning Rory has decided to explore what London has to offer. We wish him the very best and hope that Synergy played an important part in his apprentice training.
We woulld like to welcome our two new apprentices Callum and Sophie , who have both joined the Poole salon . We look forward to watching them learn , grow and embrace our fabulous industry.

Synergy Poole recently entered the 2010 TOP OF THE SHOPS retail awards for businesses in and around Poole. Over 70 participated in this annual event with the finalist all invited to an awards ceremony at the Thistle hotel. Sponsored by Breeze Volkswagen and the Bournemouth Echo, Synergy were delighted to win runner up in the Health and Beauty category.
Colina said, " I am delighted to have reached the final and win runner up. Customer service is something I feel very passionate about in my salons. To be recognised in this our first year of entry, is fantastic. Next year we will win ! It was a relaxed evening and gave me chance to speak to other business owners in Poole , and become part of the Dorset Retail Skillshop."
All businesses were mystery shopped and winners identified through this process. Shops such as Lush, Animal, Monsoon, Argos, Beales were amongst some of the winners.
